Orders may be canceled only before dispatch.
If a cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, a refund will be initiated after deducting applicable payment gateway or processing charges.
Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellations will not be accepted.
For customized or made-to-order machinery, cancellations may not be permitted once production has begun.
Refunds or replacements are considered only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged during transit
Incorrect or defective product delivered
Such issues must be reported within 6–8 days of delivery, along with supporting photos or videos.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shiptek Machinery reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation or refund request based on the above terms.
